What is your processing time?
Our processing time for most items is 5-7 days. Shipping time varies depending on location and weight of your product. Any package over a pound automatically ships with 1-3 day priority mail. Larger heavy boxes may take a bit longer.
Can you rush my order?
Rush ordered TUMBLERS & TRAYS can be fulfilled for an additional $10, HOWEVER, all orders take a minimum of 3 days to be completely dry and safe to use.
All other items that offer RUSH order are listed in the item options!

What if my tracking number says delivered but I have not received my item?
Every once in a while packages will say arrived but are not on your doorstep yet. This could happen either because it was delivered to the wrong address or the postman still has the package. We suggest reaching out to your local USPS or contact us and we can do our best to assist you in finding your package.
